Goals and objectives

In this course you will learn how to ensure data quality in Mendix applications, by applying the Menditect Testability Framework*. This course is a follow-up on our Menditect Testability and Maintainability (Essentials) course that provides a deep-dive into the data quality aspect of MTF. In this course we will cover:

  • Data quality principles (ACID)
  • Commit scope (list based)
  • Validation strategies

At the end of this training you will be able to:

  • Implement commit scope to ensure data quality in Mendix applications according to the Menditect Testability Framework*
  • Apply ACIT principles and best practices for data quality to both existing and new Mendix applications

During the course you will see practical examples and apply the framework yourself in guided exercises.

* The Menditect Testability Framework is published by Menditect B.V. as open source under CC BY 4.0 and can be freely adapted and used in your Mendix projects.
