Goals and objectives
In this course you will learn the basics of enterprise and IT architecture, its potential benefits in practice, and about the role and capabilities of the enterprise architect. In this course we will cover:
- Aims and benefits of enterprise and IT architecture
- Different types of architects and architecture: enterprise, solution, and system level
- Agile (enterprise) architecture
- The skills needed to be(come) an enterprise architect
- An overview of relevant modeling techniques
At the end of this training you will be able to:
- Explain the relevance of enterprise and IT architecture to stakeholders
- Clarify the role of the enterprise and IT architect
- Have meaningfull conversations about architecture and with architects
Practical details
This 2-day course is offered in our own calendar at a rate of €1.200 ex VAT. There is a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve participants. In case of less registrations, the course may be moved to another date. In case of more registrations, participants may be moved to a next session. Contact days will be held in the Utrecht region; the exact location will be communicated approx. 2 weeks before the first day of the course.
Course materials will be in English. Spoken language depends on the participants: Dutch when possible, English when needed. This training will be delivered by an experienced enterprise and IT architect.
