Goals and objectives
In this course you will learn the basics of enterprise engineering (EE) and its proven benefits in practice. In this course we will cover:
- Aims and benefits of enterprise engineering
- Overview of the EE theories
- Overview of the EE pillars: Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Design, Enterprise Ontology
- Overview of use cases that applied EE in practice
At the end of this training you will be able to:
- Explain the relevance of enterprise engineering to various stakeholders
- Clarify the true notion of continuous enterprise redesign
- Identify use cases and change programs for which the enterprise engineering approach is a critical success factor
Practical details
This 1-day course is offered in our own calendar at a rate of €750 ex VAT. There is a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve participants. In case of less registrations, the course may be moved to another date. In case of more registrations, participants may be moved to a next session. Contact days will be held in the Utrecht region; the exact location will be communicated approx. 2 weeks before the first day of the course.
Course materials will be in English. Spoken language depends on the participants: Dutch when possible, English when needed. This training will be delivered by an experienced enterprise engineer.
