Trives MeetUp July 4

On July 4, we had our first meetup at the Mendix Rotterdam office.

After a short introduction by Wouter Penris, Wiemer Steenbeek explained more about the Mendix SDK and showed how you can leverage it to analyze Mendix application to find outdated Dojo widgets. A sample project can be found at https://github.com/Trives-IT/DojoFinder.

In the second half, Marien Krouwel showed how you can use the Mendix SDK to generate full Mendix applications. He did so with an example in which he converted a standard OutSystems application to Mendix. In order to do this, Trives has created a library with some util functions, that is available on GitHub.
